How to install

The characters you can download from this site are compressed into zip archives. An archive is much smaller and faster to download than uncompressed files.

Locate and open the folder where you installed Icy Tower. The default location for this is C:\games\icytower1.3\ . To open this folder, open up Windows Explorer and click your way to the folder manually or type the location in the address field.

Inside the Icy Tower folder is another folder called characters. This is where the characters for the game are stored. Open the characters folder.

Put the downloaded zipped character in the characters folder. Depending on your computer set up, you must now do different things. Windows XP: Right-click the file and select “extract here”. Older windows, use a archive program to uncompress the files (ie WinZip or WinRar) right into the characters folder.

That’s it! If you did everything above correct, the new character can be selected under GAME OPTIONS in the game. Have fun playing!
